Assessing the Impact

In this episode hosted by James Gamage, the spotlight shines on evaluation in practice. Joining the conversation are two distinguished guests, Janis Galloway, Community Impact Officer from Alberta Ballet and Joy Bowen-Eyre, Chief Executive Officer at The Alex Community Health Centre, who bring their unique perspectives to the table. James, Janis, and Joy engage in a thought-provoking discussion, exploring the nuances of evaluation methodologies, best practices, and the importance of collaboration and stakeholder involvement. You will gain a deeper understanding of how evaluation impacts artistic endeavours and community initiatives and how it can drive meaningful improvements in practice.

In the spirit of our journey to promote reconciliation, we would like to honour the truth of our shared history and acknowledge Treaty 7 territory and the traditional lands of the Blackfoot Confederacy, that includes the Kainai, Siksika, and Piikani First Nations. We acknowledge the traditional lands of the Tsuut’ina First Nation, and the Stoney Nakoda, including the Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Wesley First Nations. We would also like to recognize the Métis people, and the Inuit people who have made their home here in Mohk’insstsis, also known as Calgary.
